Privacy Policy

RFPhound is built by a small team that dislikes data hoarding. This policy describes what we collect on rfphound.com, why, and what we do with it. The short version: we collect the minimum needed to run an early access list and a website, we do not sell personal data, and we do not run third-party advertising trackers.

What we collect

• Early access signups. When you request early access we collect your email address and the page you signed up from. We use it to contact you about RFPhound access, founding-member pricing, and occasional product updates.
• Hosting logs. Our hosting provider (Vercel) records standard server logs such as IP address, user agent, and requested pages for security and operations. These are retained per the provider's standard policies.
• Accessibility preferences. If you adjust settings in the on-page accessibility widget, those preferences are stored in your own browser's local storage. They never leave your device.

What we do not do

• We do not sell or rent personal data to anyone.
• We do not run third-party advertising or cross-site tracking pixels.
• We do not require an account to read anything on this site.

How your email is used

Signup emails are used for exactly three things: telling you when access opens, honoring the founding-member rate, and sending occasional coverage or product updates. Every email includes a working unsubscribe, and unsubscribing removes you from all future sends.

Data retention and deletion

We keep signup data until launch communications conclude or you ask us to remove it, whichever comes first. To have your email removed, reply to any RFPhound email or write to privacy@rfphound.com and we will delete it promptly.

Cookies

The marketing site does not set advertising cookies. Strictly functional storage (such as your accessibility preferences) lives in your browser only.

Children

RFPhound is a business tool and the site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that affects how your data is handled, we will note the change here and update the date above. Material changes affecting early access members will be announced by email.
